Services are available until 7:30pm (MON - THURS) These include:
- Student password resets - system access (security details required)
- O365 access / resolution
- ODrive storage
- Student email assistance
- Student login to Moodle
If we are unable to resolve any IT issues via the phone in the evenings, we will forward the details to the relevant staff the next working day for resolution.
Please remember we cannot re set staff passwords
