Andy Forbes, our Principal, will soon be leaving HRC.

Further to the announcement of our Principal/Chief Executive, Andy Forbes' resignation, the Board have been working hard to put in motion the recruitment of a new Chief Executive. The change in title reflects the change in requirements going forward.
In the process of selecting a new Principal, it is our clear intention to actively encourage the engagement of both staff and students as an intrinsic and important part of the College’s future.
Andy continues as Principal of the College until the end of the Easter Term and has a number of tasks to complete or progress which assist the new Chief Executive on arrival.
In the meantime the Board have confirmed that Paul Cox will be continuing his role as Interim Vice Principal, Quality and Curriculum until the end of the academic year to maintain the stability and strength of the Senior Leadership Team.
As soon as the Chief Executive post has been filled, we will be recruiting a permanent Deputy Principal for Academic Strategy.
