Candidate Malpractice

The JCQ information for Candidates documents for written examinations and on- screen tests state ‘You must not write inappropriate, obscene or offensive material’ and that ‘if you try to cheat, or break the rules in any way, you could be disqualified from all your subjects’

The JCQ Suspected Malpractice Policies and Procedures documents states that ‘ the inclusion of inappropriate, offensive, obscene, homophobic, transphobic, racist or sexist materials in scripts, controlled assessments, coursework, non- examination assessments or portfolios’ constitutes candidate malpractice.
