The level 3 accounting and Management accounting course is designed by AAT to follow on from level 2 Foundation Certificate in Accounting which covers basic accounting techniques including double entry bookkeeping and using Accounting software.
At level 3 you will be learning more advanced tasks such as Cost accounting , preparation of Financial reports and returns and other Accounting disciplines such as Ethical practices to advanced bookkeeping.
After completing level 3 you may go on to study the Professional diploma covering complex accounting techniques and team leadership skills. Along the way you will have mastered the drafting of Financial statements, Management of budgets, Evaluation of Financial performance as well as the opportunity to specialise in Taxation, Auditing, Credit control and Treasury cash management.
